Job Description – Regional Service Manager (Specialty Chemicals)

WEX Technologies (Aquatech), a leading company in water treatment and specialty chemical solutions, is hiring an experienced Regional Service Manager – Specialty Chemicals for North India (Delhi region).

The selected candidate will lead regional service operations, manage water treatment programs, and support customers across multiple industries including power, fertilizer, chemical, oil & gas, and process industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the regional service team for water treatment programs.

Oversee cooling tower, boiler, RO plant, and process water systems.

Plan and conduct routine site visits, technical audits, and troubleshooting across North India.

Optimize chemical dosing, system performance, and water quality using field and lab data.

Prepare and review technical service reports, action plans, and improvement recommendations.

Support the sales team with technical inputs for proposals, customer meetings, and product trials.

Ensure timely resolution of service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Drive compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards in all service operations.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Strong knowledge of water chemistry and industrial water treatment.

Hands-on experience with cooling, boiler, and membrane systems.

Ability to prepare service reports, audit documentation, and customer presentations.

Experience working with fertilizer, chemical, oil & gas, metal, power, or process industries.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in water treatment / specialty chemicals service roles
